Perfect Banana Bread Loaf Recipe

If you are looking for a perfect delicious banana bread loaf recipe then look no further. This recipe is super simple and guaranteed to be so tasty. Enjoy.

Ingredients
225g Self Raising Flour
170g granulated or Caster Sugar
2 medium eggs
2tbsp whole milk
1tsp Baking powder
2 large very ripe bananas
100g very soft butter
Method
Firstly mash both of your bananas together in a bowl until they are all squishy and set aside
Weigh out your flour, baking powder and sugar and mix together in a large bowl.
Add the eggs, butter and milk and combine
Then add in the bananas and with a hand mixer mix it all together until just combined and all the dry ingredients are fully mixed in.
Grease and line a loaf tin with parchment paper
Spoon the cake mixture into the tin, it should be about 3 quarters full to allow for a nice rise.
Cook at 160 degrees celsius for about 50 minutes until a knife or skewer comes out clean.
Place on a wire cooling rack in the tin for about 10 minutes
Then you can take it out of the tin and either leave it to cool or enjoy a nice warm slice.
