I decided last week to do a full week (Monday to Friday) where I would let Willow decide what to wear no matter how crazy or mismatched. It's so nice sometimes to let your toddler feel like they have a bit of control in their lives. We were mainly in the house or the garden this week anyway so I thought what better week week to let her assert a little bit of independence in her appearance. I asked her each day what she wanted to wear down to the mismatched socks and how she wanted her hair done as well. Enjoy Willow's creations.
Monday

Willow started off the week pretty simple. She picked a Top by Young Dimentions from Amazon, she loves stars and hearts so it's right up her street. Her leggings are fleese lined blue leggings from amazon as well. She picked matching socks (result) and asked for her hair just half up out of her face.
Tuesday
Today Willow picked out a party dress from Matalan and put a plain grey long sleeved top underneath. She didn't want anything done with her hair this morning. As the day went on though I ended up putting it in a bobble as she was getting frustrated with it being in her eyes. She had a little frilly pair of white socks on with this. Girly girl today.
Wednesday

Today Willow decided that she wanted to wear her dinosaur comfy set. Her granny got her this off of Amazon a while back because Willow has been completely obsessed with dinosaurs for a while now. She loves telling everyone all their names. She didn't want anything done with her hair today again so we just left it alone.
Thursday

Today Willow wanted to go for a walk so she picked her sequin jeans from George and he one of her favourite new tops, it was one of the comic relief tops this year with some of the cars characters on it. She also put on her pink Croc boots or as she calls them her muddy puddle boots. Today her hair was up because it was windy outside.
Friday

We had another outdoorsy day today and it was warm enough to have lunch outside in the garden which she loves. She picked just some simple leggings today and her favourite Peppa Pig cardigan that her Granny got her (not sure where from). Although you cant see them in this picture she also had her Peppa pig trainers on from Next to match. She asked for pretty hair today so I did her some pigtails. Cute as a button.
I hope you enjoyed seeing Willows creations. Honestly she did a million times better than I thought she would. It just goes to show that even at her age she knows roughly what goes together. If you like this kind of post please let me know and I'll do more of these.
Thank you so much for reading
